A little about Amy

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my three children, at the soccer field or the horse stables. I enjoy shopping at five below, buying self help books, which I read in my down time. My self-care practices include yoga, meditation, mindfulness and being outdoors.

  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduating from Indiana University in 2019 with my master’s degree in social work. My concentration was in mental health and addictions.

My focus is to empower individuals in reaching their full potential by identifying ways to cope with life’s ups and downs. I believe that every individual has the ability from within themselves to maintain a healthy and successful lifestyle, through identifying personal strengths and resiliency.

  • My goal is to assist you in this process by offering a safe and trusting environment. I know this can be a challenging process, but I will be here with you every step of the way in your journey to a healthy and successful lifestyle.

My practice is centered around working with adolescents, college students and adults. I have experience working with depression/anxiety, self-harm behaviors and/or suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, behavioral concerns, school issues, family and peer relationships, grief/loss and stress/anger management.

  • Treatment modalities that I use include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution/Strength-Focused Therapy.
