Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, M. & S. Counseling Services will only be offering therapy through our telehealth platform to protect the health of our therapist, clients, and community.  This allows  us  to continue  to provide  services to  existing  and  new  clients while honoring “social distancing.”  This is a very difficult time in our community, country, and globally.  We  are  happy  to  support  you  in  a  safe  and secure  manner.    

Appointments, scheduling, & Cost


Weekend  and  evening  hours  available.

Intake New  Patient  Assessment  (60  minutes):  $120

Individual/Family/Couples  Session  (60  minutes):  $85

Individual/Family/Couples  Session  (90  minutes):  $120

Substance  Abuse  Evaluation and  Write-up:    $225.


We  are  not  paneled  with  any  insurance  companies  which  means  we  do  not  submit  claims  or  receive  reimbursement  through  your  private  insurance  provider.    We  will  provide  you  a  recepit  or  “Superbill”  which  you  can  submit  to  your  insurance  company  for  possible  reimbursement.    Before  coming  in  we  recommend  that  you  call  your  insurance  company  to  see  if  they  will  reimburse  you  for  an  “out  of  network  provider.”      


We  accept  cash,  check ,  Visa,  Mastercard,  Discover,  and  HSAs.    

Payment  is  expected  at  time  of  service.

Thank you so much for spending time learning about our psychotherapist.  If you are still unsure of who might be the best fit, please feel free to call or email our providers directly for consultation.  Please  note  that  each  provider  returns  each  of  their  own  phone  calls,  so  it  may  take  1-2  business  days  for  a  return  call.

If you know which clinician you would like to collaborate with, you can request  new patient/intake assessment with them directly.  If the provider you are interested in seeing is currently full, not accepting new clients, or does not feel they would be the best fit for your clinical needs, they can assist in referring you to another provider or agency.      

The client portal is a secure platform and we prefer to communicate through our system to help ensure your confidentiality.   You will also be able to request  appointments,  cancel appointments,  and  make  payments   in this system as an established client.
